Deadline Date for Honor Stole Forms (Graduating Active Members Only)

Attention all active, Xi Gamma members who are graduating in Spring 2011: Please note that the deadline date for the optional, KDP Service Honor Stole Forms and check/money order for $25 is Friday, March 18, 2011 at 4pm. Please be sure all forms are handed in together along with the fee to Omayra Arocho, Jubilee Hall, Room 477.

There's a $50 fee per person which includes the 3 hour training/assessment, keychain mouthguard, and certification. Space is limited (preference given to graduating seniors)!
